Platinum Affiliate Full Description
The Platinum Affiliate Level offers the most benefits and perks of all the programs offered. As part of your memorial program, you need to give one of the “Engraved Forever” Personalized, Gold Plated Ornaments to the family member of your choice. By giving the first piece as part of your aftercare program, you are firming up your relationship with your client. It is very unlikely they have ever received anything quite like it. Include a personalized letter, already predesigned by you expressing your sympathies and asking them to please accept this engraved ornament as your way of memorializing their memories. Be sure to sign the letter personally.
These ornaments are purchased in bulk at discounted prices based on quantity ordered, starting with a minimum order of 100 pieces. To see all the styles available and their pricing with the volume discounts, click on the “Online Store” link located on the top right of this page. With each ornament that is ordered, a full color flyer is personalized with your funeral home’s contact information and website on it, is included. For example, 250 ornaments ordered=250 flyers mailed to you. Ornaments are warehoused by Keystone Specialties, Inc. at no additional charge and released as needed. It is expected that names for engraving are submitted weekly or monthly. A special website has been created that will manage all of the engraving information that you submit to us. This site will track all of your name submissions as well as allow you to order additional quantities or styles to fill your stock and give you current order status.
As an Affiliate, you will be given the choice of two specially designed banners either of which can be placed on your website. If you are not the programmer for the website, please contact your website designer to help you with this. Each banner will have the website address and a tracking code already installed in it. Each time one of your clients (or their referrals) goes to your website and clicks on that banner, it will automatically track all purchases made from the “Engraved Forever” website. For each ornament that is purchased, you as the Platinum Affiliate will receive a commission, regardless of ornament style or accessory purchased. When we release future ornament styles and they come back to our website, you will still collect commissions on all of those additional purchases as well. Our future ornament lines are scheduled to include (but not limited to) styles for pets, weddings, newborns, school sports, and religious events. At any time you can login to your affiliate account at www.funeralhomepromos.com and view your commissions earned ledger. Also in this affiliate resource area is where you will find special discounts that are offered on promotional items to help you establish name recognition in your market. On top of all of this, we will waive the $100 setup fee.
If you do not have a website and would like to be a part of this program, we have a solution for you. We will put a website address on your flyer that will look something like this: http://www.tinyurl.com/keystone After they type this URL into their web browser’s address bar, this URL will automatically redirect them to the Engraved Forever website where they can make their purchases. This simple address has all the necessary programming to track all of your client’s purchases from the “Engraved Forever” website. When you get your flyers, go ahead and try it out to see what happens.
A commission threshold of $50 must be reached for payouts. All payouts are determined on the second Monday of the month and will be paid out on the following Wednesday. If $50 is not reached in a month’s time, the balance will roll over to the next month for a cumulative payout. Payouts have three options:
1). A credit account can be setup for future purchases from Keystone Specialties, Inc. Our products include, but not limited to, flag cases, calendars, pens, personal effects bags, etc.
2). A check can be mailed to you
3). Electronic Funds Transfer are available as well. Just supply your banking information
